Management Service Charge - £29.20 per week
A legally binding underlease state that a service charge is made by Trewythen Hall Limited to cover the cost of staffing the "Call System", maintaining the outside of the properties, drives, fences, gardens. Contribution to the cost of the swimming pool, plants and depreciation of the garden furniture and equipment. It is reviewed each year based on December RPI and adjusted accordingly in January and payable one quarter in advance.

Carer Time - Emergency calls are FREE
Should you require assistance to help with your daily living you are free to make private arrangements with independent providers or Social Services.

Meals.
New occupants of the bungalows should be reasonably self reliant, but in times of illness or increasing frailty meals can be purchased and delivered to your bungalow. Current prices are:
• Breakfast £3.15 (Juice, cereals, toast etc.)
• Lunch £5.00 (Two courses)
• Tea £3.15 (Variety hot and cold selection)

Laundry - £6.00 per load.

Guest Accommodation.
A guest suite with twin bedded room small lounge and fully equipped shower room is available on request at £15.00 per night per person.

Transport.
We can provide transport for the occasional local urgent journey.
